Our Resource Centre is a space for insight, reflection, and continued learning. It brings together carefully curated content to support deeper understanding — both alongside our programmes and beyond them.
Here you’ll find articles, podcasts, research, and practical tools to support reflection, learning, and real-world application.
We also welcome contributions. If there’s something you’d like to share — or something you’d like to see more of — you’re always welcome to get in touch.
Wellness is a vocation – a personal voyage where the discovery is endless. Even as experienced practitioners, we are always learning – continually seeking out new research, techniques and science-based information to help ourselves and our clients grow.
Our commitment to your wellbeing is to regularly update our resource centre with tools and content that will give you invaluable insight, provoke thought and impart knowledge. Sometimes it will be nothing more than an introspection or ‘thought piece, but you’ll also find a suite of actionable activities, recognised frameworks and therapies, questionnaires, quizzes and role-play scenarios. Our content will largely be delivered by the Wellness For Life team, but we’ll also introduce guest ‘speakers’ and authors and, of course, you too can contribute to the resource centre.

All of our wellness programmes are built with you and your organisation at the centre. We are here to help you find lasting wellness and to provide the coaching you need to make meaningful and enduring transformation. Central to our ethos is the concept of making informed and balanced decisions, so in tandem with our programmes, we offer all of our clients access to a comprehensive resource centre.
